Who we are

Hi, I’m Josie Clarke—the heart behind With Light and Vine. I’m a photographer and floral designer creating work that is intimate, natural, and thoughtfully designed. My passion is capturing beauty in its purest form, whether through hand-crafted florals or timeless photographs that preserve the most meaningful moments of your story.

What started as a creative outlet has grown into a passion for serving couples, families, and individuals who want their memories preserved with intention and artistry. Whether I’m styling a bouquet or framing a photo, my goal is always the same—to create something timeless, authentic, and deeply personal.

Beyond my business, I also serve part-time on staff at my local church in Oceanside, CA (shoutout Rhythm Church) where creativity and community go hand in hand. Both roles keep me grounded in what matters most: people, purpose, and the everyday moments that tell the bigger story.

When I’m not behind the camera or arranging florals, you’ll probably find me with my family on the California coast, at a local coffee shop, or dreaming up new ways to create and serve.
